Membership Terms and conditions

• Members agree that all information, pictures, items, text or links placed by them in their web page will be fencing related.

• Members agree NOT to include any offensive material, words, text, pictures, links, or email addresses on Fencingonline.

• Members will only include information in their web page about things that they actually do and they will not use their membership as a referral service to other people, business or products.

• Membership is not transferable.

Accounts
Membership accounts must be paid on time as per instructions on the invoice and will be sent by email.

Customer quote email requests
Members agree to reply to all customer quote email request . 
Customer quote email requests are only emailed to Silver and Gold members.
If a member is unable to assist a visitor the member will reply with polite text such as "sorry we are unable to assist you with your request please try another member".

Pictures
A picture is defined as any image or logo that is not text.
A small picture linked to lager picture of the same image is classed as two pictures.
All pictures can only be linked to an image on Fencingonline.
Pictures may not be linked to other websites.

Website links
Website links must be to your own website of the same name as the membership form.
Links from your Fencingonline web pages to non-members is not permitted.
Links from your Fencingonline web pages can not be to websites other than your own.

Email address
Email address must be the same as on the membership form and belong to the member.
Email address must be kept up to date or they will be automatically removed.

Phone numbers
Phone numbers must contain an area code and be the same as the membership form.
All phone numbers must be to the company listed on the membership form.
Members agree to keep all phone numbers up to date.

Address
Address must be the same as in the membership form.
Address must be to the company listed on the membership form.

Web page editing assistance
Telephone support via a phone number that will be emailed to you.

Free technical advise
Free technical advise is limited to 6 emails per member per year and only available to Gold members. Additional assistance is available at a charge to be agreed on.

Removal of inappropriate material
Fencingonline may at its own discretion delete or remove any material contained in any member web page on Fencingonline that Fencingonline feels is inappropriate and may do so without discussion with the member.
Members who continue to include items, text or pictures in their web page that Fencingonline considers inappropriate may be delete from Fencingonline at anytime and the member will not be entitled to a membership refund.
Fencingonline reserve the right to make the final decision as to the content of any material listed on Fencingonline.
